Cancellation Policy
Scheduling: All services must be scheduled in advance. Bookings are first come, first served and subject to availability. Weather conditions may affect scheduled service dates. We will contact you promptly if a reschedule is necessary. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled service if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in a $50 cancellation fee. Weather Policy: For safety and quality reasons, we do not operate in heavy rain, storms, or excessively wet conditions. If weather affects your appointment, we will reschedule you for the next available date. Access: Please ensure all gates are unlocked and pets are secured on service day. If we cannot access the property, a $50 trip fee may apply. Payments: Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Check, Venmo, Zelle, or Credit Card (processing fees may apply). Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind our work! If you have any concerns, please notify us within 24 hours so we can make it right.
